There were a lot of tasks to choose from. We are called the City of Sails, because of the number of boats and yacht marinas that are off the shore. After selecting the task we were to create a DLO based on that task with creative drawings. We were to create a least 5 activities, sine there are 5 days in school and it was every cool doing it becuase it makes me learn .

I see that you wrote about ice cream too, so I think you might really enjoy some of the activities in the Summer Learning Journey. You're invited to write about your favourite foods, about your favourite activities, about what you like about your home. And there's lots of information about amazing things New Zealanders have done - really interesting! There's also information about the unusual and unique animals and plants that live in your beautiful country and in other countries around the world. Cool!
