Term 3 - HIT

This term we had our second session of HIIT. (High Intensity Interval Training) In this session Mataio and Tiava we the leaders and helped us with the technquies, and helped us with moves that we can do while we're resting. This time we were pick a few exercisers and the exercisers we chose were Star Jumps, Tap Steps, and High Knee Sprints. In this session we did something really different from our preivous sessions. What we did was form five lines of five people. We did this so that each person can be in sync with the person in front of us. At the end most students were tired and were getting puffed and so we gradually walked on the balcony.

What Our Goal In HIIT
Our goal in hit was to get huffed and puffed which is also known as Pau Ta Hau in Maori.
Our other goal was to get our heart rate into the red zone.
