Gymnastics
This Week for gymnastics our coach Steve from Eastern Suberbs Gymnastic , and there were driffernt kinds of equiment for gymnastic , but firt we went and play some games to warm us up , so then we did some excrise so we won't hurt our self but doing gymnastic . So then we started there was one that was om the beam for balancev, cartwheels , handstands , building , jumping , forward / backwards rolls in gymanstics , so there was a trampoline , so when I jump on it and shape like a star but I almost hit myself. Also there were team rotations and every single gymnatics was building up the people muslces , and strength,

KiwiSport
This week for kiwi sport is Netball and we play a game that is kind of golden child but it is different and this game there two teams one team is ruining . The other team make circle and there one person in the middle of the circle and they have to pass to each other to get to the last and change the middle person and when the team pass to the last person , then the other team have to stop running around the court . Then we play real netball and my team was losing at netball and then we have to pass five times to shot the ball into the hoop and I keep blocking people that were pass to each other and I block some other team that were trying to a goal . But it is hard because we play another game that need speeding hands to catch the ball ,but Jeremiah was the fasted one that beat 19 people and I beat one .

Jonathan- Hit group
Yesterday we were doing excise and for our excise we were doing to hard to we and , so I keep working my way going to the next level .I will keep doing these excise to getting more and more puff because that my goal and we were all doing our best to make all of us puff and three excise to warm us up and start excise. And there were three students that were doing the warms and we had copy what the three were doing and our warms up were walking on the spot , and jogging on the spot ,and fast running on the spot , and slow and mid and fast star jumps . I was putting everything what I have got and I was getting every puff that I wanted to give up , but I wanted to keep going at the same time and our excise were Push Ups and Squats and Tap Step and fast Star Jumps and everyone was doing their best to be on the red , And we wear a heart motor and we cast it to the seen and it show what the heart motor on the seen it was , and I was so tried and it was fun at the same time and getting stronger and stronger .

Jonathan- Hit group
Today for hit we been doing excise and our excise were tap step, stars jumps , mountain climber, and we have been training hard so we can get puff , and we were doing all our best to make a heart motor goes red that and keeping it red and getting puff and all of these excise that we did today that us stringer and harder , so I keep working my way going to the next level .I will keep doing these excise to getting more and more puff because that my goal and we were all doing our best to make all of us puff and three excise to warm us up and start excise.

Term 3 - HIT
This term we had our second session of HIIT. (High Intensity Interval Training) In this session Mataio and Tiava we the leaders and helped us with the technquies, and helped us with moves that we can do while we're resting. This time we were pick a few exercisers and the exercisers we chose were Star Jumps, Tap Steps, and High Knee Sprints. In this session we did something really different from our preivous sessions. What we did was form five lines of five people. We did this so that each person can be in sync with the person in front of us. At the end most students were tired and were getting puffed and so we gradually walked on the balcony.
What Our Goal In HIIT
Our goal in hit was to get huffed and puffed which is also known as Pau Ta Hau in Maori.
Our other goal was to get our heart rate into the red zone.

Skating
and there were rules you can't hold on to someone t-shirts and when you are going to fall down
put your hands on your keens and also we have a race after that I have fail much and I such fun
but it was sore at the same.

Kiwi Sports
Today this was the last day of kiwi Sports and we play games an d trick shot and
this trick shot is hard to do and you had to make the thing to hit to stuck on your bat
and then we play games and it was one against one and then I rule that court then our
teacher came and took over and get everyone out for the court . And then we
did it in partners and me and my partner was ruling then there were another one team
came and challenge us then they beat us then we came and beat them and that was'
it.

kiwi Sports
Today we went to Kiwi sports in the hall and we play stuck in the mud and the tagger is Jonathan ,Alex ,Mojtaba , Nevaeh. And after that had to get a partner and my partner is peter and we had to throw the saddle and the other had the racket and then the person that had the saddle had to throw it to the person that going to hit it and when the person it you had to catch it and you had to count up to five then we went back on the floor and we had to play a game

Kiwi sport
Today for kiwi sport we learnt our jumping skills. Our teacher name was Andy. First we played a warm up game it was called frog stuck in the mud, In frog stuck in the mud we have to stay tin the boundrays then ther are 5 taggers they try to tag the people who are running, If you get tagged or go out the boundrays you have to crouch into a ball and other people who are running have to leap over person on the ground. Then we learnt our jumping skills, They were bent Knees, legs shoulder width apart, Swinging your arms and Looking straght ahead. The last game we played was rock paper scissors, In rock paper scissors there are lily pads, We had to jump and land on 2 feet, We had to do that until we got to the person in the other team, Then we had to do rock paper scissors who ever lost had to go back in line and the person who won continues.
