Last term that me and my group were builting water fitters becuase how to make dirty into drinkable water for people to drink there are so many people moving far becuase to get some water that was dirty water . There were lots of things to make a fitter but first we needed to make a plan to know that to do about making fresh water so we get some bottle  and cut it  into a half but we needed to be careful for scissors so we take the top part and leave the bottom of the  bottle take and just take the top of it . Then we got ssome plants and some coal so I had to make dirty water and see if it works and i think it did of making dirty water into drinkable water .

For today Nevaeh and I were making a Add for a RWC Means Rugby World Cup
advertisement and it was hard to thinks of ideas that making people to buy the rugby world cup merch . Also making it to hook them with jokes or cartoon figure and pop ups and other things for an advertisement and putting images of the cup and the t-shirt for the people to buy . I think all 20 team are going to be a rough games to win point of getting to the finishing to the cup I think the japan might win this world cup this year also GO THE ALL BLACKS.

Duffy Assembly

In the Afternoon we went in the hall of a Duffy Assembly, and Jamie wall guest he is for sport commentator and he has travel around the world like in japan and he also works for maori televsion also he is author like brothers in Black and when a he on the telestion when a reporter tells him qusetion like what do you like about the all blacks . But he read a men in balck to get infromation about the all black book of nz rugby history  and the brothers in black was made after three months, and it was really instering about what he said .

Phonics AP Words

Today me and my group for phonics made a list of AP words like apple and snapper and other words we found in the dictionary . Then we found words with ap at the beginning, middle an end,  like clapping, napping and applying. Then when we did the sentences and chose 5 AP words to write in a paragargh.It was very fun saying the words and making the list. We finished with key into evalution.

snapper & happy & trap & nap & flapping

Once me and my dad were going fishing on a fishing boat that was very fast. We packed the fishing rods, bait and line and hooks. Then we went under the bridge and there were lots of fish like kaiwai, snapper and yellow tails. I got a rope and a hook and bait, but my Dad put bait in a bottle like a trap.  When the bottle goes down in the sea that means that  a fish is on. Then we got our fishing rods ready to cast out very far then we wait and wait until something bites on, then a massive kai wai pull the bottle down and I drop the rod and grab the rope and pull the rope and then my dads rod went right down and it was a snapper that was flapping around and around . Then we pull it up to the boat and put it in the chilly bin. We were happy to see what we had caught , then we went to the beach to bring the boat to shore and go back home to have a nap .  True Story

Why Should I go to Mars

Ll: To write a speech that persuades other to think the way you do .
Last week we were making our speech and there were some cool and amazing pefect and making the speech was really hard to do because I had to persuade a person to think like me and I had made this speech because the solar system is very amazing to look at because there are some things that no humans beings that ever seen before, making the expermenting each and every new things from space

see the new galaxy like the Andromeda and dirfferent kinds of planets in Andormeda.                                                                                                      

Phonics

WordsAke - 12/8/19 

I was walking to the bakery and there were different kinds of cake like cheesecake and
chocolate I undertake a plan for my mum birthday then I made the mistake of buying the wrong one . 
But the cake that I buy a race car cake then I some milkshake after that we were still hungry so we
brought some takeaway then the next today we eat some flakes for breakfast and then the floor wass
shaking becuase there were a earthquake.

For Today me and my group were making a list of words that start with ake like cake, and we looked at the dictonary for words in books or chromebooks and we found thirty words . Then finding words from the words the storys that had eight words with ake with them. Then we needed to put the words mistake , Flake, undertake into a sentence, then shared our sentences with the group . After that we chose five ake words and make then into a paragraph. Finally we listened  to Mrs Linda read us a short storys and we tried to answer qusetions about the story . 

Swimming Water lesson

Yesterday we went to the pools and did some water safety in rivers , but learning it in the pools and our coach James and we did some warm ups like front strokes and back strokes . But I loved when I went deep down and hold my breath to the other side of the pool and it was challgening and fun so did we talk about how to swim in the river because it was to safety around the sticks and rocks that will bruise you or even killed by being drowen , or even in the ocean with depth or even sharks , jellfish , waves or even current that drag you around and sink .  Also Swimming and learning at the same time and it was really fun, and it was cool to swim making fun ways to finish off the session .
